BBFIT POLICIES (FOR ALL GROUP CLASSES)

STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY:

*Effective January 2019*
Clients may cancel their reservations 5 or more hours before the class time without penalty. Cancelling under the 5 hour window will record the class as a “no show” and the client will lose that class. We understand that sometimes life happens and you have to cancel a class. As our clients, we hope you understand this new policy. Failure to show is not fair to the person on the wait list who may have wanted to take your place in class. We also pay the instructors in expectation that you are coming.

HOW TO: Cancellations can be done online under your account. The system will not allow you to cancel within the 5 hour window.

RESERVING YOUR SPOT IN CLASS:

If you have an account, it is required that you reserve your spot in class before attending any class, regardless how full it is. You can reserve your spot for the entire session (5-10 weeks) or a few minutes before a class starts - limited spots available.

LATE POLICY:

Group classes will start right on time and will not wait for anyone - people have places to be, so classes will be in and out in 45-50 mins. Cell phone time is the official time-keeping unit. Please arrive on time or 5-10 mins prior to class.

NO REFUNDS, ROLLOVERS OR SHARING PASSES

All sessions expire at a certain date. No session rollovers or sharing. Make-up options are available.

PAYMENTS

All payments for classes must be paid in full prior to starting classes.
