6 weeks of accountability & nutrition education . No calorie counting or cycling macronutrients. Eat REAL food. Intentionally simple, yet EXTREMELY effective. ⠀

•Free App with VERY HELPFUL daily nutrition lessons (educating you on macros, grocery shopping tips, metabolism, & tons more!) paired with weekly check-ins to ask Kayla open-ended questions and write how you’re doing with the program. ⠀
•Private Facebook group with fun weekly challenges in it, info from Kayla, recipes to share with others in the group & more (optional for accountability)⠀
•6 Guides: Portion control guide, Bulk Cooking Guide, Menu Mapping (planning) template & more!⠀
•Access to Pinterest Board- organized recipes (soup recipes, salad recipes, breakfast recipes & more!)⠀
