GROUP TRAINING POLICY
If purchasing a package, ALL sessions must be used before the session ends - there will be a week break following each session. NO refunds, rollovers or sharing with someone else. Class passes EXPIRE after the session is up.
LATE POLICY
A cell phone is the official time keeping unit -- Please be on time for appointments and classes. Semi-private sessions that start late due to a client's late arrival will still end one-hour from the original planned start time.
For semi-private training, class will always start at the exact appointment time.
The trainer will wait 15 minutes before it is considered a "no show" for personal training.
PAYMENTS
If purchasing a training package, payments must be paid in full prior to scheduling of sessions.
Per Session: If purchasing by the session, payments must be paid either before or right after the class ends.
CANCELLATION POLICY (Applies to Semi-Private Training Only)
We hope that you understand that our schedules are very tight and as they say, “time is money”. We feel that we have a very fair cancellation policy that allows the client to give proper notice and not be penalized for the cancellation.
Clients must cancel out of a training session with at least 12 hours’ notice.
If you cancel within the 12-hour time period of the start time of the session, you will be charged for that session.
Each client will have a certain amount of “no shows”, depending on the package purchased (shown below), meaning they can late cancel and not be penalized.
2 Sessions per week package – 1 No Show
3 Sessions per week package – 2 No Shows

REFUND POLICY
Sorry, there are no refunds for BODYBEST•FIT purchases. No Rollovers. No sharing sessions with someone else.
